Due to our limited drops and fast fulfillment, all return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale or discounted items, promotional items, and same-day delivery orders are final sale, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and due to limited quantities, size or style exchanges cannot be guaranteed; in these cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion. Approved returns are typically eligible for store credit only, and original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, and unauthorized or worn returns will not be accepted.
